Fitness Month

It is common knowledge that the most common New Years Resolution every year revolves around physical fitness. January is the month where the gym is filled with a plethora of new faces trying to active their goals. We recognize that physical fitness is important, but what about our spiritual fitness?  We must work at our spiritual fitness just as we must work at our physical fitness. Let’s make February our “Spiritual Fitness Month.” Find a book of the Bible or a good study devotional and really dig into the word for at least 20 minutes a day- it will change your life… I promise.

“Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.”
1 Timothy 4:8
